Can Bike Armour deliver?
Delivery can be arranged across the M65 corridor or a 20 mile radius of our office, please Contact the team for more information.
Can I collect the bike box?
Yes you can collect the bike box from our Burnley office. We have lots of free parking so collection is very easy.
Is my deposit refundable?
Your deposit will be refunded when the bike case has been returned.
WIll my bike fit?
All our bike cases can accomodate, 26″, road bikes, 650b, 29ers, triple crowns, TT bikes with integrated seatposts. If you are in any doubt, please contact us.
How do I pack the bike case?
Packing the bike case is simple, we send instructions on how to dismantle your bike and how to place it into the bike case. We may be seen as being OTT with packing but that extra 30 minutes checking gives you even more peace of mind.

What size of bike case do I need?
We offer one size of bike case, which can fit 26″, road bikes, 650b (27.5″), 29ers, triple crowns, and TT bikes with integrated seatposts. If you are in any doubt, please contact us.
Is there a minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 4 days.
How many days prior to travel should I pack my bike case?
We would recommend you book the bike case for 2-3 days prior to your departure. This will give you time to pack the bike up nicely and ensure everything fits snug.
Is the hired bike case insured?
We do not supply any form of insurance with our bike case hire, it is up to you to purchase adequate insurance to cover yourself, the bike, the hired bike case and any gear packed.
How many wheels can I fit in the bike case?
All our supplied bike cases and 99% of all brands of bike boxes accommodate 2 wheels. If you need facilities to transport extra wheels please contact us.
Will a Fat Bike fit?
None of our bike boxes are designed to accommodate a Fat Bike.
I need the Bike Box for longer than booked
Contact the team and we will do our best to accommodate your new dates.
Will I need to remove my forks from my MTB?
In most cases we would recommend removing the forks if you have 160mm or above of travel. If in any doubt contact us with the following information:
- Axle to axle measurement.
- Fork axle to the top of the steerer.
Will I need to remove my forks from my Road bike?
You will not have to remove the forks from your Road, TT or Cyclocross bikes .
My bike has through axles
You will need a pair of standard QR’s and 4 washers to secure your wheels to the bike case.
